Brandi passante became a star of reality television after appearing in the A&E reality show "Storage Wars". The show also featured her ex-boyfriend Jarrod who is now her husband as well. It catapulted the two to mainstream fame. In this reality show, items from storage lockers where rental isn't paid in three months are auctioned off. Brandi and Jarrod, who own and run the "Now and Then thrift shop in Orange, California, participated in the program in hope of purchasing storage units at a bargain price. Little did they know that the show would actually create reality-TV stars from them! It was a huge success due to the couple who had a very shrewd approach to their biddings throughout the episode were able to become stars. Their success on reality television helped the couple's business, and enabled them to expand. Following their appearance on the show "Storage Wars," a spin off show 'Brandi and Jarrod: Married To the job" was created exclusively for the couple.
